Job Summary
Maintenance holds the responsibility of producing and maintaining the fixture in guest rooms employee areas and the Hotel.
- Keep a daily record of tasks performed via the work scheduling / reporting system.
- Responsible for all other duties as assigned by area and Management.
- Will assist all other trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments.
- Repair and maintain outside landscape lighting fixtures pole lights & building up lighting.
Qualifications :
- The Engineer Electrician must have a minimum of 5 years commercial or industrial Journeyman experience in one or more of the following areas: Installing conduit and wiring repairing troubleshooting and maintaining low and high voltage single 3 phase and AC/DC electrical systems; motor motor controls and VFD installation troubleshooting and repairs; UPS and paralleling switch gear systems experience helpful.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a 4-year accredited apprenticeship program.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be able to read understand and work from blueprints drawings schematics and sketches; and be proficient in the safe use of all trade related hand and power tools safety and protective equipment.
- Must be able to respond immediately to all emergency calls.
- Will assist all other trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments.
