Job Summary
RN Subacute Director
Shift: Full-Time
Rate: $39 - $41/hr. (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations of the subacute unit to ensure exceptional care delivery.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff fostering a collaborative and efficient team culture.
- Develop implement and monitor care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with residents families and healthcare providers.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in NYS.
- Leadership experience in a subacute or skilled nursing setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking communication and organizational skills.
- Dedication to providing high-quality resident-centered care.
