Where inWellcomewill I be working
You will work across Wellcome leading the design delivery and implementation of learning and development programmes and content that build organisational capability. The role sits at the centre of core learning and development activity driving new initiatives and projects to support focused and effective development for our people.
What will I be doing
The Learning and Development Partnerfostersa high-performing culture by designing strategic training and talent initiatives. This role enhances current and future skills using contemporary learning techniques and People Tech to support the delivery ofWellcomesmission. By aligning talent development with organisational goals the role enables employees and contributes to Wellcome being the best place to work ensuring sustained success and a capable workforce.

MinimumCriteria:
Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful learning interventions- in-person digital and blended learning
Use of LMS e-learning tools digital content creation and embedding tech into learning
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Ability to use data and digital tools to scale learning and measure impact
