• Registered Nurse Qualification & Valid UK NMC Pin Desirable
• Proven Experience Managing Large Nursing Homes Strong leadership Nursing Home settings.
• CQC & Compliance Expertise Experience in leading inspections and driving quality improvements.
• Business & Financial Acumen Skilled in budget management occupancy growth and financial planning.
• Safeguarding & Risk Management Ensuring resident safety quality assurance and incident resolution.
• Team Leadership & Development Ability to recruit train and retain a skilled and motivated care team.
• Excellent Communication & Relationship-Building Confident in engaging with residents families staff and external professionals.
