About this role
Join our Audit and Assurance team and help clients strengthen their control environments and understand their key business risks. You will work with a diverse mix of organisations and industries gaining hands on experience while contributing to high quality audit and advisory outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Document and assess internal control frameworks that support effective risk management.
- Perform internal control testing and substantive procedures in line with professional standards and GT methodology.
- Apply sound audit judgement and deliver clear commercially focused insights to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure coordinated timely and exceptional client service.
- Continue building your capability through on the job learning coaching and access to specialists across the firm.
Skills & experience
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting finance risk or a related discipline.
- Strong communication skills accuracy and a genuine interest in understanding how businesses operate.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
- A solid understanding of core business processes.
- One to two years of internal audit experience ideally gained in professional services.
