Customer Service Executive Nights

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and interested in joining a leading aviation company AJW Group is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our AOG (Aircraft on Ground) team!

As a Customer Service Executive at AJW Group you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to enhance their satisfaction and drive sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer requirements promptly and effectively

• Provide quotes to customers and collaborate with internal teams

• Procure items for customer needs and negotiate with suppliers for cost optimisation

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the customer experience

• Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing

This position involves working 4-on-4-off night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am to support our 24/7 365-day operation focusing on Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations where immediate attention is crucial. You will be the primary contact for AOG and priority customer requests with a 9000 shift allowance included.

• Self-motivated and able to work within a fast-paced environment

• Youll enjoy solving problems sometimes ones that require input from team members

• Youll have gained experience through a customer-facing role where youll have demonstrated negotiation skills

• Confident communication skills

• It would be great if you have industry experience as well as having worked on Quantum although this isnt a necessity
