Job Summary
This temp will join the Organisation Development Department under the Human Resource Division. They will have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in communications and digital content creation for PSAs social media platforms. He/she will work closely with HR teams to enhance our digital presence and internal engagement strategies.
Job Description:
- Drive engagement with prospective hires via PSAs social media platforms
- Create and curate content that highlights company culture and employee achievements
- Edit and produce short-form video content for various platforms
- Design graphics and visual elements for social media posts and internal communications
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends tools and best practices
- Leverage social media channels as alternative engagement platforms for employees
- Support media productions for employee engagement and communications
Requirements:
- Open to students currently in university or awaiting admission to university/NS
- Able to commit minimally 3-months
- Basic proficiency in filming and video editing on Capcut or any other apps/software
- Interest in content creation designing of collaterals
- Detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
