Senior Product Manager SaaS

About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager you will drive the exploration and development of exceptional product experiences for customers worldwide. You will leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to build new products and enhance existing ones for a global user base.
You will own the end-to-end development of new products from discovery and definition through implementation launch and iteration while taking broader ownership of strategic product decisions and long-term outcomes.
Core Responsibilities

Use qualitative and quantitative insights to define customer problems shape product strategy and proactively drive key decisions

Lead major product initiatives end-to-end guiding cross-functional teams and independently steering complex work with minimal oversight

Own the full lifecycle of assigned feature areas from problem discovery to iteration and be accountable for success metrics and outcomes
You Have
-
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
-
3 years of experience in a Product Management role managing the full product lifecycle with proven success owning larger or more complex product areas
-
Experience working on a B2B SaaS product at a senior or advanced level of ownership
-
Ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering QA and Design navigating ambiguity and trade-off decisions

Outstanding communication skills to keep teams aligned on customer problems and influence stakeholders across the organisation
-
Strong customer exposure with the ability to discuss product challenges directly with users via calls email and other channels and translate insights into strategic recommendations
-
Strong empathy for customers with the ability to translate problems into clear product strategies
-
Experience working with Jira and Jira Service Desk for internal collaboration
-
Excellent prioritisation skills balancing short-term needs with long-term product objectives
-
A proven track record of using qualitative and quantitative insights to build new initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes at scale
Nice to Have

Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude
-
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Mode Tableau or Looker
-
Experience using Hotjar or other product discovery and experimentation tools
Working Environment

Based at a modern office in central Bangkok
