Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Officer/Specialist to oversee day-to-day operations within a textile manufacturing environment. The role focuses on driving production efficiency maintaining quality standards controlling operational costs and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily textile manufacturing operations to ensure smooth and efficient production
- Monitor production planning workflow and capacity utilization
- Ensure adherence to quality standards safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with production quality maintenance procurement and logistics teams
- Monitor operational costs and implement cost-control initiatives
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure timely order execution and on-time delivery commitments
- Track KPIs related to productivity quality and efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management
- Support management in strategic operational planning and execution
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate degree (mandatory)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in operations or production management
- Strong exposure to textile manufacturing industry
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end manufacturing operations

- Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes
- Excellent operational planning and execution skills
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
