Sr. Analyst Sales Operations

The Anaplan team is looking for a high-energyGTM Operationsprofessionalto help us accelerate revenue growth and achieve new heights of operational role willbe responsible fordesigning/executing world-class processes resolvingpain points for our sales organization andstreamlining the way we get work done. The desired candidatewill bringa high levelof energyand internal motivationto everything they do. They will be excited by the opportunity to solve problemsand streamlineprocesses. They will also have a demonstrated interest in applying AItools to operational and GTM we just described youletsconnect!

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Operations Business Partners tocreate instrument and documenta standardized model for operational excellence across the Americas theater
  • Interact with Sales Ops and other stakeholders to addresshigh-priorityoperational needs (account alignment deal split managementdataextractionand analysis etc.)
  • Support annual territory and quota design processes
  • Create streamlined and automated processes for handling repetitive tasks
  • Identifyand test ways of leveraging AI tools toincrease Ops and GTM productivity

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3 Years working in Operations Finance or Business-related roles in the technology industry
  • Highproficiencywith Excel and/or other data analytics software
  • Natural learner of technical tools experience withSalesforce Anaplan Tableau is preferred but notrequired(but must be willing to learn quickly once on the job)
  • Innate desireanddemonstratedabilityto createrepeatable scalable processes
  • Demonstratedinterest in applying AI tools to solve operational and GTM problems
  • High levelof self-motivation andflexibility to deal with urgent tasks and changing priorities
  • Prior experience in Sales Operations GTM Operations or Revenue Operations is highly desired

Base Salary Range:

$102000 - $138000 USD
