Job Summary
E-Logic is seeking a Billing & SLA Analyst to support invoice validation SLA monitoring and cost recovery for Department of Health & Human Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate billing accuracy against contracts and inventory
- Track billing disputes and recovery efforts
- Analyze SLA performance and calculate service credits
- Generate monthly reports for OpDiv stakeholders
- Monitor vendor compliance and performance
Requirements
- Experience with telecom billing or contract billing analysis
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Familiarity with SLA metrics and compliance tracking
