We are working with a well-established law firm that is looking to appoint a qualified Solicitor to join its growing team in Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity for a personable and motivated legal professional with experience in both residential conveyancing and wills & probate to step into a varied and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion

Advising clients on wills probate and estate administration matters

Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
-
Drafting legal documents including contracts transfers and wills
-
Liaising with clients estate agents lenders and third parties
-
Providing clear practical legal advice with a strong client-focused approach

Supporting team members where needed and contributing to a collaborative workplace

Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE

Demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing and wills & probate
-
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage matters with minimal supervision

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional friendly and approachable manner

Team-oriented with a willingness to assist colleagues

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
