Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for building scaling and continuously improving Intellias people function. This role spans talent acquisition HR operations employee engagement and learning & development with a strong focus on supporting the firms rapid growth and consulting-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
Project activities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the development implementation and enforcement of HR policies procedures and practices in line with legal requirements and best practices
- Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations recommending policy updates as required
- Foster a positive inclusive and high-performance work culture through employee engagement initiatives and diversity equity and inclusion efforts
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the firms growth objectives
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency candidate experience and hiring quality
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job postings candidate sourcing (job boards social media professional networks) screening interviews and hiring decisions
- Strengthen and promote the employer brand to attract high-caliber talent
- Create compelling job descriptions recruitment campaigns and hiring collateral that reflect the firms culture values and growth opportunities
- Design and execute a learning and development roadmap aligned with organizational goals industry trends and talent needs
- Manage employee relations matters including investigations and conflict resolution in a fair consistent and confidential manner
- Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making
- Stay informed on emerging HR trends technologies and best practices to continuously improve people processes
- Manage the planning and execution of corporate events and talent engagement initiatives including career fairs industry speaker sessions and internal programs
Minimum Requirements
- 36 years of experience across human resources recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Solid understanding of recruitment strategies tools and technologies including ATS and HRIS platforms
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word PowerPoint Excel) with the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Prior experience with recruitment tools such as Zoho Recruit Cronofy and assessment/testing platforms will be considered an advantage
- Ability to work independently with a proactive self-driven approach
- Fast learner with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively across multiple management levels
