Language Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels (voice email chat)

Assist customers with orders deliveries returns and general account support

Provide accurate information while ensuring a high-quality customer experience

Follow internal procedures and service guidelines

Meet quality productivity and compliance targets
Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 qualification (mandatory)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work 24/7 rotating shifts

Willingness to work on-site in Umhlanga

Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
