You will drive technical hiring as this startup re-imagines global connectivity. Partnering directly with engineering leadership you will find engage and close exceptional talent to build a high-performance team. This role is critical for scaling engineering excellence while maintaining a high bar for technical chops product sense and operational rigor.

What you will do:

Execute full-cycle recruitment for complex engineering roles including backend infrastructure and technical leadership positions.
Proactively source elite talent through talent mapping and high-conversion outbound strategies across various technical communities.
Use data-driven insights to track funnel health diagnose bottlenecks and continuously improve the efficiency of the hiring process.

The ideal candidate:

Significant experience in technical recruiting within high-growth startups or engineering-led product companies.
Strong technical fluency with the ability to discuss system design architecture and engineering fundamentals with senior candidates.
Proven track record of high-ownership sourcing and closing candidates who have multiple competing offers in the tech space.
