About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Application Support Analystto join an international support team in Porto. This is a greatopportunity for someone starting their career in Application Support / ITHelpdesk eager to develop technical and customer-facing skills in astructured and professional environment.
In this role you will ensure smooth processing of customerrequests and incidents maintaining high standards of service qualitysecurity confidentiality and operational excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities
As part of the Application Support Team you will:
- Handle and manage incoming requests via phone email and support channels
- Ensure requests are processed according to quality standards procedures and security policies
- Maintain an excellent customer relationship ensuring high satisfaction and professional communication
- Identify dissatisfaction signals and escalate when needed
- Ensure strict compliance with confidentiality and data protection rules
- Report incidents malfunctions anomalies and service disruptions
- Support continuous improvement by:
- Sharing knowledge and best practices with the team
- Suggesting process and organizational improvements
- Updating internal procedures and operational documentation

- Strong interest in Application Support / IT Support / Helpdesk
- Ability to manage customer complaints questions and incidents professionally
- Excellent communication and call-handling skills
- Strong teamwork mindset adaptability and a results-driven attitude
- High level of rigor resilience and customer orientation
- Familiarity with management and decision-making tools
- Solid knowledge of computer tools and office applications
- French (Native or Fluent) is mandatory
