Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst - Administrative Support Assistant
The Administrative Support Assistant is responsible for the data entry and administrative tasks related to supporting the buying organization and the buying process.
Responsibility
Essential Functions: Enter and process style creation. Process style maintenance including style attributes. Transmit purchase orders to vendors. Enter and process purchase order creation. Maintain purchase order modification records. Enter monthly markdowns and promotions supporting the Pricing & Promotions Specialist as needed. Act as liaison between cross functional partners including but not limited to merchants distribution and inventory control functions. Assist in creating ad-hoc reporting for buyers. Enter and process promotions and coupons. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in an office setting.
Relevant years experience with retail purchase orders/data entry preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Participate in new hire training through formal sessions and job shadowing.
Travel Requirements: Minimal Travel
