The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) is responsible for providing Occupational Therapy services to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.
Responsibilities
What youll do:
- Assist in the treatment program planning and implementation related documentation and communication while functioning under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
- Monitors guests response to intervention and consults with Occupational Therapist if modification is required.
Qualifications
What were looking for:
- Must currently hold COTA license.
- Associates degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a Skilled Nursing setting preferred.
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR certification required.
