A well-established mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative primary care team serving an underserved community near Providence Rhode Island.

This organization has over 50 years of community impact is Joint Commission accredited and holds NCQA Level III Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition. Providers practice in a fully integrated care model alongside nursing behavioral health dental and social services teams.

Qualifications

FNP or PA-C with Masters degree
Licensed (or license-eligible) in Rhode Island
