Through strong leadership thoughtful planning and hands-on engagement you will manage staff develop practice and game schedules organize clinics and leagues and ensure program quality and role focuses on strengthening parent/child and preschool programs growing specialized offerings such as pickleball and building programs that foster youth development community connection and a lifelong love of sports. During the summer months the Sports Director also plays a key leadership role within our day camp programs providing consistency mentorship and You BringTo thrive in this role you bring experience in sports programming and proven success managing teams. You enjoy being actively involvedcoaching instructing and engaging with participantsand are comfortable working with individuals of all ages backgrounds and abilities.
