What youll actually do
You wont just source candidates.
Youll help us build relationships and reputation.
source and map talent
talk to candidates daily (calls not just LinkedIn spam)
screen and run interviews
support hiring managers and clients in the US & Europe
help create content (posts insights talent stories)
improve processes and tools as we scale
This is hands-on recruiting in a fast startup environment.
Ownership from day one.
Youll probably love this if
youre a junior recruiter (or early career in talent)
youve worked with US or European clients before
you speak fluent English (for real)
youre organized and can juggle multiple projects
you like talking to people (a lot)
you enjoy creating content and being visible online
you want to build something not just execute tasks
