Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Palm Beach Gardens FL
Assignment Duration: 6 Weeks
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Compensation:
Local Pay: $60/hour
Travel Pay: $70/hour
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality evidence-based physical therapy services to patients with acute injuries and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. This role is primarily onsite with occasional virtual care delivery as clinically appropriate. The ideal candidate is patient-centered and focused on improving mobility function and long-term wellness through individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
Provide onsite physical therapy services utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Deliver virtual physical therapy services when clinically appropriate
Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
Develop implement and monitor individualized home exercise programs
Promote patient adherence to treatment plans and therapeutic exercises
Support sustainable lifestyle modifications to improve overall health and functional mobility
Educate patients on injury prevention ergonomics safety and movement-based chronic disease management
Serve as a subject matter expert in early identification and self-management of musculoskeletal conditions
Reduce unnecessary specialty referrals and diagnostic imaging through early intervention and education
Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and community resources to ensure continuity of care
Act as a liaison between patients healthcare providers and support services within the care network
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience treating musculoskeletal and chronic medical conditions preferred
Experience working with diverse patient populations is a plus
Strong clinical reasoning communication and patient education skills
