Description

This internship project focuses on automating Microns Document ECopy Request process by leveraging Micron AI tools to eliminate manual intervention and enhance efficiency. You will work closely with document control teams and backend manufacturing stakeholders to understand existing workflows and transform them into an automated scalable digital solution.

Scope

During the internship you will:

Gain a comprehensive understanding of backend manufacturing document control workflows and how controlled documents are managed across systems.
Learn how Microns AI platforms and automation tools are used in real operations.
Apply Micron AI capabilities to automate the ECopy request workflow improving speed accuracy and compliance.
Participate in discussions with engineering quality and IT teams to align requirements and build a deployable automation solution.

Deliverable

Develop and deliver a fully functional automated ECopy document system integrated with Micron AI tools and designed to reduce manual steps and streamline requests.

Requirements

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Materials Electrical Electronics or Computer Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Strong initiative leadership traits and a growth mindset; able to work independently with accountability.
Ability to meet objectives within tight timelines using strong problemsolving and prioritization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to convey ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across functions; skilled in building alignment and relationships.
Maintains a constructive teamoriented mindset even in challenging situations.
Embraces continuous learning adaptability and openness to feedback.
Structured thinker with a datadriven approach to identifying root causes and developing sustainable solutions.
High attention to detail ensuring accuracy and compliance in documentation and reporting.
Familiarity with AI and automation tools such as Python Power Automate Power Apps Power BI and Tableau.
Knowledge of engineering and quality systems (e.g. FMEA Change Management MSA Calibration) is advantageous.
