Job Summary

A Surfside Beach law firm seeks an experienced family law paralegal to join their dynamic team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must will be self-motivated and able to work independently
Must have excellent time management skills organized and the ability to multi-task
Must have proficient knowledge of computers
3 years of SC family law litigation experience
Communicate well with others

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Draft legal correspondence
Prepare pleadings for filing and drafting certificates of service/mailing
Maintain case files
Assist in billing
Assist with discovery
Monitor county dockets
Accurate calendaring
Other support duties assigned by attorney.
