Small Business Banking Relationship Manager

Key Accountabilities

• Manage a portfolio of business banking clients with revenues up to $10MM ensuring strong retention and relationship growth.

• Drive loan deposit and fee income growth through proactive client engagement and centers of influence.

• Partner with internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions and cross-sell products and services.

• Analyze client financials to assess creditworthiness and recommend appropriate loan structures.

• Advise clients on banking solutions and market trends using approved resources.

• Present credit opportunities and participate in the loan approval process.

• Build community relationships to strengthen referrals and enhance the banks local presence.

Education & Experience

Required

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Finance Accounting or a related field

• 2 years of commercial banking or business-to-business sales experience

• Proven success in client relationship management and business development

• Reliable transportation and ability to lawfully drive if applicable

Preferred

• 4 years of experience managing business banking or commercial client portfolios

• Knowledge of treasury management deposits and other non-borrowing products
