Job Description:
You will drive new enterprise opportunities by establishing meetings and early-stage pipeline with senior stakeholders in Procurement HR and Talent. This high-activity outbound role focuses on engaging large organizations with complex contingent workforce programs. You will qualify leads document discovery insights and partner with senior sales leads to achieve aggressive growth targets.

What you will do:

Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across phone email and LinkedIn to secure meetings with enterprise stakeholders.
Qualify initial interest and identify buying signals from Heads of Procurement and Workforce Transformation leads.
Maintain precise documentation in the CRM to ensure seamless handovers of qualified opportunities to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience as a BDR or SDR within B2B SaaS enterprise technology or workforce solutions.
Confident engaging senior executive stakeholders via cold outreach in a metrics-driven high-activity environment.
Highly resilient and competitive individual motivated by hitting monthly targets and generating high-value pipeline.
