Who are we looking for

Join our Administration team as an Administration Partner and play a significant role in supporting our Victorian business in achieving project and team goals.

Based in the Melbourne office this is a handson role for a proactive highly capable administrator who takes pride in delivering quality work and staying more than one step ahead.

You will manage your workload with confidence work well both independently and collaboratively with several teams and bring strong expertise in document formatting expert time management reliable attention to detail across competing priorities and clear communication youll make a real impact supporting team and project outcomes.

Offering great variety the duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing high-quality administrative support to staff across business operations and winning work activities.

    • Including preparation and proofreading of business documentsand support throughout the full winning work cycle such as bid preparation and submission tender schedules staff CVs and marketing collateral.
  • Coordinating project meetings presentations agenda creation working closely with wider Workplace Services team for room bookings and catering.

  • General team administration tasks such as team meetings and organising events conducting QA checks new starter support invoicing etc.

  • Understand and adhere to GHDs values codes of conduct and policies.

What would you bring to the team

  • Demonstrated experience in similar team support position in a busy and professional environment

  • High level of proficiency in MS365 Office Suite MS Teams. SharePoint Salesforce and/ or Concur are advantageous.

  • Demonstrates initiative and a strong work ethic by proactively anticipating the professional requirements of those you are supporting.

  • Adept at multi-tasking and prioritising workload with the ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Enjoys being an active member of a high performing team.
