About the role:
Reporting to the Curriculum Leader Arts the Drama Administration Assistant will support the Drama Department in delivering high-quality drama education helping students learn and creating engaging creative experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised practical and creative individual with a passion for the arts to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Drama team by managing priorities meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes across curriculum and co-curricular activities.
- Handle administrative and financial tasks including purchase orders invoicing credit cards and budget tracking under the guidance of Curriculum Leader.
- Assist teachers and students in classrooms studios and theatres supporting programs rehearsals performances excursions and events.
- Ensure compliance with college policies including financial procedures workplace health and safety and professional conduct.
What we are looking for in an ideal candidate
- Qualification or relevant experience in Arts/Drama; strong technology skills will be highly regarded.
- Practical experience with scripts costumes sets lighting and recording (digital and live).
- Confident using College systems (Google Drive OneDrive Synergetic) and engaging professionally with students staff parents and contractors.
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
