About the Role

The Manager of Accounting plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy integrity and timeliness of the Companys financial reporting at the entity level. This role is responsible for overseeing core accounting functions managing the monthly quarterly and year-end close processes and partnering closely with Finance leadership to support business decisions through reliable financial data.

This position is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment and brings a strong foundation in technical accounting process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

What Youll Do

Accounting Operations & Close Management

Own the monthly quarterly and year-end close processes at the entity level ensuring accuracy completeness and adherence to established timelines
Review and approve journal entries account reconciliations and supporting documentation
Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met in accordance with internal and external requirements
Resolve accounting discrepancies variances and irregularities through detailed analysis and investigation
Support ad-hoc special accounting projects as requested

Controls Policies & Process Improvement

Participate in the development documentation and continuous improvement of accounting policies and procedures
Ensure strong internal controls and audit-ready documentation across accounting activities
Partner with Finance leadership to streamline processes improve efficiency and support scalable growth

Collaboration & Partnership

Serve as a key accounting partner to internal stakeholders across Finance and the broader organization
Communicate clearly and effectively with leadership regarding financial results risks and issues
Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality professionalism and ethical conduct

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting reconciliations and financial close processes
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
Eagerness to learn take initiative and work collaboratively

Skills & Competencies

High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently with minimal oversight
Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel; experience with large ERP environments preferred
