Job Summary

This role is part of our market-leading Institutional Division providing comprehensive chemical products and solutions for customers in the hospitality and foodservice sectors.

Your Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote Ecolabs value proposition by leveraging industry-leading programs technology data service excellence and innovation together with our distribution partners.
  • Support sales activities within your assigned distributor network.
  • Actively acquire new customers and identify business development opportunities in line with our portfolio strategy Retain Grow Gain.
  • Build strong commercial relationships and expand your internal and external network across teams customers and partners.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to distributors and customers on the use of Ecolab products services and equipment.
  • Document sales plans activities and progress in customer penetration and pipeline development.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity share insights with the team and contribute to ongoing commercial strategy.
  • Exchange sales best practices across the team and contribute to a collaborative performance culture.
  • Act as an Ecolab brand ambassador with a focus on hygiene and safety water management sustainability efficiency and innovation.

Your Profile

  • Experience in sales development within the institutional and hospitality sectors.
  • Solid understanding of Ecolab products services and systems particularly in their application within institutional environments.
  • Strong results orientation with a proven track record in B2B commercial sales.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth through negotiations and acquisition of new accounts at decision-maker level.
  • Excellent presentation written and verbal communication skills.
  • Language skills: Native French fluent English; German is an advantage.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a passion for meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Valid drivers license.
