As a Senior Machine Integration Engineer on Caterpillars Hydraulic Mining Shovel (HMS) team. Youll collaborate with brilliant minds across engineering disciplines suppliers and global teams to design and deliver cutting-edge solutions that define performance durability and serviceability. Your work will directly impact the success of mining operations worldwide.

What Youll Do

Own the Blueprint: Develop and maintain the Bill of Materials for HMS platforms ensuring precision and clarity.
Build the Big Picture: Create and manage top-level machine models using Creo and Teamcenter setting the foundation for world-class engineering.
Solve Complex Challenges: Manage space claims resolve interferences and coordinate across hydraulics structures electrical and engine systems.
Drive Innovation: Conceptualize and develop advanced engineering projects that push boundaries.
Lead and Influence: Guide peers maintain product-line commonality and ensure schedules stay on track.
Collaborate Globally: Work with manufacturing teams marketing and commercial groups to bring ideas from concept to reality.
Stay Ahead: Conduct competitive product evaluations and support continuous product improvement.
Hands-On Impact: Travel to plants dealerships and job sitessee your designs in action and make real-world improvements.

What skills you will have:

Problem Solving: Experience using Creo and Teamcenter engineering systems. Experience in systems engineering will set you apart.

Effective Communication:This role demands exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the global manufacturing team. Additionally it involves providing guidance and support to other engineers.

Planning: Tactical Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term) tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Systems Thinking: Knowledge of the critical interdependencies among individual system elements that help and hinder performance; ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results.

Degree Requirement: Bachelors degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum.

Additional Information:

This position requires the candidate to work full-time in the Tucson AZ office.

Occasional travel (10%) may be required to support activities at manufacturing and/or customer sites.

Summary Pay Range:

$110520.00 - $165840.00
