Your Mission: Drive Operational Excellence
As our Parts Manager you arent just watching the counteryou are the architect of the departments success. Your core focus will be:
Strategic Leadership: Hire mentor and motivate a high-performing team of associates. Youll be a coach not just a supervisor.
Inventory Orchestration: Mastermind purchasing procedures and inventory control to ensure we have the right part at the right time.
Service Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Service Manager to ensure seamless workflow and zero-delay repairs.
Business Growth: Forecast ambitious goals and implement the strategies needed to crush them.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the final word in professional courteous problem-solving for our retail and wholesale partners.
What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for a professional who balances technical expertise with people-first leadership.
Experience: 2 years of automotive parts management experience (preferred).
Sales Savvy: 2 years of sales experience to help drive wholesale and retail revenue.
Precision: A detail-oriented mindset with a knack for organization and inventory accuracy.
Integrity: A professional appearance a stellar work ethic and a clean driving record.
Communication: The ability to translate complex parts logistics into clear actionable goals for your team.
