About the Position:
- Full-time 4/10s no nights no weekends
- Join 2 Rheumatologists and 1 experienced Rheumatology NP a small highly specialized team
- Outpatient-only position withno hospital responsibilities
- Manage a full-time patient panel of about1416 patients per day allowing time for thoughtful complex care
- Rheumatology-focused procedures: infusions and joint injections
- Work alongside like-minded energetic curious clinicians who are passionate about improving quality of life for patients with chronic rheumatologic conditions
Job Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- At least1 year of Rheumatology experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required) given the patient population
- Passion for chronic disease management patient education and working within a coordinated care team
