About the Position:

Full-time 4/10s no nights no weekends
Join 2 Rheumatologists and 1 experienced Rheumatology NP a small highly specialized team
Outpatient-only position withno hospital responsibilities
Manage a full-time patient panel of about1416 patients per day allowing time for thoughtful complex care
Rheumatology-focused procedures: infusions and joint injections
Work alongside like-minded energetic curious clinicians who are passionate about improving quality of life for patients with chronic rheumatologic conditions

Job Qualifications

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
At least1 year of Rheumatology experience
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required) given the patient population
Passion for chronic disease management patient education and working within a coordinated care team
