Contract Duration: 8 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift 5 Days/Week 8 Hours/Day (40 Hours/Week)
Pay Rate: $55$60 per hour

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Echo Technician / Sonographer to support pediatric cardiac imaging services on a short-term contract assignment. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality echocardiographic studies while ensuring patient safety accuracy and adherence to established clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform pediatric echocardiograms in accordance with established protocols
Assist with stress echocardiography procedures as needed
Prepare patients and equipment prior to examinations
Accurately document and maintain patient imaging records
Collaborate with cardiologists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with hospital policies safety standards and infection control procedures

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Echo Technician / Sonographer
Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technologist training program (including military training if applicable)

Certifications (One Required)

RDCS Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS)
RCS Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CCI)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with stress echocardiography
BLS certification
