Job Summary
Leidos is hiring a Tactical Systems Operator (TSO / 1A8X2) Airborne Cryptologic Certification Training (ACCT) Mode Instructor to support the 363rd ISRW / 361st ISRG / 25th IS at Hurlburt Field FL. This role is central to preparing and certifying the Air Forces next generation of cryptologic operators.
Role Overview
The instructor delivers Mode 13 ACCT training conducts initial and recurring certifications and develops Cryptologic Mission Certification Training (CMCT) curriculum. Youll also serve as a subject matter expert for the Tactical Systems Emulator (TSE) Aircrew Training Device ensuring training reflects realworld mission demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ISR/SIGINT instruction and conduct certification evaluations for TSOs.
- Develop and update CMCT courseware and TSE training scenarios.
- Track and implement changes to Mode certification requirements.
- Collaborate with ISRG units and Intelligence Community partners.
- Support advanced TTP development and evaluate emerging technologies for SIGINT training integration.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and 4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience).
- Aircrew experience and SIGINT systems operation.
- Experience with highvalue target analysis databases.
- Current TS/SCI clearance.
- Prior ASTG operator experience.
- Mode Instructor Certification in at least one Mode and Operator Certifications in two Modes (13) with ability to certify in all.
- Strong understanding of TSO mission and Mode certification processes.
- Experience training with the Tactical Systems Emulator (TSE).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team
