Job Description:
Participate in ServiceNow configuration and implementation activities under the guidance of senior consultants and architects
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into ServiceNow solutions
Configure basic ServiceNow modules such as Incident Request Change Problem CMDB and Service Portal
Support testing activities including unit testing regression testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Help prepare documentation user guides and training materials
Provide post-go-live support and assist in issue analysis and resolution
Learn and apply ServiceNow best practices and platform standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers testers and project managers
Fresh graduate with a degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related field
Strong interest in ServiceNow ITSM and enterprise platforms
Basic understanding of IT concepts (ITIL knowledge is a plus but not required)
Willingness to learn configuration workflows and low-code/no-code development
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Willing to undergo ServiceNow training and certification
Exposure to ServiceNow through school projects internships or self-study
Basic knowledge of JavaScript HTML or CSS
Familiarity with ITIL concepts
ServiceNow Fundamentals or CSA (Certified System Administrator) training exposure
