Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide leave coverage at an elementary school in Lacey Washington. This full-time short-term contract offers an excellent opportunity to support students by delivering high-quality speech and language services in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary school students
Conduct evaluations and assessments as needed
Develop implement and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
Collaborate with teachers parents and school staff to support student communication goals
Adhere to school and district policies procedures and professional standards

Qualifications

Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license required
Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification (Cs) required
- ESA certification can be expedited if needed
School-based experience preferred but not required
Clinical Fellows (CFs) will not be considered
