OVERVIEW
Join ALOs Artificial Intelligence and Data Science team to explore the frontiers of applied AI in wellness fashion and retail.Youllprototype intelligent systems that power personalization content generation computer vision and decision automation.
The ALO internship programs starts June 8th and ends July 31st. Interns will be working 40 hours a week at our Beverly Hills HQ.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and implementstate-of-the-art machine learning and generative AI models
- Build prototypes for AI-powered product recommendations personalization and digital experiences
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to evaluate models for accuracy fairness and interpretability
- Contribute to scalable model deployment pipelines and experimentation frameworks
- Document findings benchmarks and insights for future iterations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MS or PhD in Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or Data Science
- Strong foundations in statistics optimization and deep learning
- Proficiencywith Python and frameworks likePyTorch or TensorFlow
- Familiarity with cloud ML workflows (AWSSagemaker Vertex AI or Databricks)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in generative modeling (LLMs diffusion or multimodal AI)
- Research exposure in reinforcement learning embeddings orrepresentation learning
- Publications or open-source contributions in ML/AI fields
- Experience in implementing / developing model evaluation frameworks
WHAT YOULL LEARN
Youllwork hands-on withreal business and creative datasets gaining experience in how AI augments customer experience and design workflows in a mission-driven brand.
The base pay range for this position is $45/hr-$50/hr which represents the current range for the non-exempt position. Please note that actual pay will vary based on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance.
