Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday 9:00am6:00pm
Pay: $17$21 per hour (based on experience)
- Lead the daily operations of the infant classroom in a safe and nurturing environment
- Provide responsive care including feeding diapering naps and individualized routines
- Engage infants in sensory play music language exposure and movement activities
- Support early social emotional and physical development
- Communicate daily with families about routines milestones and progress
- Maintain a clean organized classroom and follow all health and safety standards
- Work closely with assistant teachers and leadership to ensure high-quality care
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous childcare experience is required (infant experience strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable patient and comfortable working a consistent 9:00am6:00pm schedule
- Must meet all state childcare licensing requirements
