Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Echos proprietary software to build and manage all shipments assigned to your team
- Schedule pickup and delivery appointments based on customer specific needs and priorities
- Work with internal partners to ensure that all client shipments are proactively booked and tracked for on-time pickup and delivery
- Maintain and follow current operating procedures
- Partner with and mentor Logistics Coordinators to share workload and allow prioritization based on client needs
- Be an expert using Echos proprietary technology to perform all tasks required to fulfill client requests
- Work with multiple sales reps across multiple sales managers
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree preferred but not required
- Relevant Experience in Logistics Supply Chain or Transportation industries preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Windows Operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service/handling customer issues
- Strong inter-departmental and client relationship building skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced competitive environment that requires multi-tasking and problem solving
