About your role:
As an IT Services Management - Sr Professional II you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing IT service operations. Your advanced expertise in IT operations and incident management will help maintain high service levels and ensure client satisfaction. You will work closely with a dedicated team to implement best practices and drive performance improvements in IT service management contributing significantly to Fiservs success.

What youll do:

• Lead the continuous improvement of IT service processes and delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service issues and implement changes.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of IT services providing strategic recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and present reports on service performance and key metrics to stakeholders.

Experience youll need to have:

• 4 years of experience in IT operations and incident management

• 2 years of experience with monitoring and alerting tools

• 2 years of experience with ITIL framework and production support best practices

• 2 years of experience with enterprise communication tools

• 4 years of an equivalent combination of educational background related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk Dynatrace and Moogsoft
