岗位职责

1与工厂的生产技术质量物流财务和工程部门以及研发和其他工厂以上的利益相关部门之间建立关键合作伙伴关系并能够进行跨部门跨职能的项目领导领导/支持产品/工艺创新项目以推动产能和生产力的提升全面负责项目交付和成功的技术转移

2负责将新产品从研发产品线扩展产品地域扩展引入商业化重点关注项目和风险管理技术相关职责以及嵌入质量和生产能力以确保开发和实施稳定且具有成本效益的制造流程

3从业务和技术方面评估机会以确定可执行性从工厂各部门收集需要的信息通过总结工厂能力所需投资估算成本和时间表来确定潜在的产品转移机会

4协调工厂各相关部门确保产品符合商业及研发团队共同制定的产品质量及工艺标准并采用适当的验收标准

5制定项目计划以确保适当的资源追踪计划执行符合性并为低复杂度项目制定应急计划确保风险缓解计划已经在计划中并与工厂质量委员会达成一致 6建立并领导/支持项目团队确保团队与工厂领导团队以及更广泛的组织之间进行有效沟通确保风险的适当升级和沟通在组织的正确层级进行

7理解并遵守所有环境健康和安全EHS及质量法规公司要求标准操作程序SOP和要求

8根据上级要求履行其他职责

任职资格

1药学相关专业本科及以上学历

25年以上制药生产环境中产品引入或工艺优化项目管理经验

3项目管理跨部门沟通能力

4有化药固体制剂经验优先考虑

5英语可以作为工作语言
