Responsibilities

Mobile team looking after several commercial client sites
General landscape maintenance and labouring duties
Lead and develop offsiders/apprentices
Follow site plans and instructions from supervisors to exceed client expectations

About You

Previous experience in leading landscaping or horticulture teams
Comfortable using a wide variety of gardening tools and techniques
Good communication skills to liaise with clients and coach your team
Strong focus on safety and following workplace procedures
Driven to always deliver high quality work
