About BYD France

BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles including all-electric cars buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and ensure compliance with administrative policies procedures and internal guidelines.

  • Manage administrative vendors and service providers including contracts service quality and cost control.

  • Oversee reception and visitor management ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

  • Manage company vehicles and office assets including usage maintenance and records.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office and facilities management.

  • Lead and support the administrative team fostering efficiency and service excellence.

  • Coordinate with HR Finance and business teams to support operational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above in Administration Business Administration or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in administration or office management; team management experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational communication and coordination skills.

  • Hands-on proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good command of French English and Chinese (spoken and written).
