Master Operations: Keep the wheels turning by managing day-to-day operations and ensuring all KPIs are met with excellence.
Innovate: Identify clever ways to improve processes and collaborate with the client to make our service even better!
Collaborate: Work closely with Quality and Training specialists to maintain a high-performance culture.

Your profile

Fluent in German: Your communication skills are top-notch (both written and verbal) .
Leadership Experience: You have a proven track record of leading and guiding teams in a sales environment .
Analytical Mindset: You love solving problems and can dive into the data to find solutions .
Tech Savvy: You are comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint .
People Person: You are passionate about coaching development and building a culture of trust and transparency.
