Job Description
To ensure that all items received meet the approved criteria established by the hotel and conducts a thorough but prompt inspection of every delivery to ascertain proper specification factors to determine acceptability. ($27.50/hour)
Responsibilities
- Logs all packages of receipt in software on server.
- Receives Saturday packages/courier deliveries
- Inspect and unpack all merchandise received and stocks/stores it.
- Strictly adheres to the operating hours of the storerooms.
- Delivers all packages to Sales Catering AccountingFront Office Housekeepingand Executive Offices.
- Responsible for properly receiving storing and issuing packages and general storeroom goods under the guidance of the Purchasing Manager.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate hand truck lift-jack and dolly.
- Must be flexible and able to work am and pm shifts weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to handle repeated lifting pushing pulling and carrying up to 70 pounds.
- Should have basic computer operation understanding.
