Lead and scale a high-performing engineering team dedicated to transforming the business customer onboarding experience at DKB Code Factory. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence engineering practices develop leadership skills and deliver impactful digital solutions within a dynamic agile environment.

yourresponsibilities:
- Drive predictable high-quality delivery with strong risk and dependency management.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards for code quality testing and production readiness.
- Lead people management activities including coaching feedback and career development.
- Build and maintain a motivated accountable and psychologically safe team culture.
- Develop and maintain a 12-month technical roadmap aligned with business and platform strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners Tech Leads DevOps and cross-functional teams.
- Manage hiring onboarding and ramp-up of new team members to ensure rapid productivity.

- Proven experience as an engineering manager or similar leadership role in software development.
- Strong technical background with ability to review and challenge technical designs.
- Deep understanding of software delivery processes testing strategies and production readiness.
- Demonstrated success in people management coaching and building high-performing teams.
- Excellent decision-making and prioritization skills in complex delivery environments.
- Experience with Java Spring RestAPI AWS (Kafka Postgres) GrafanaCloud and cloud-native development.
- Familiarity with Git workflows CI/CD pipelines and SaaS-first approaches.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a growth mindset.
- Youre passionate about your work but also know how to enjoy your free time!
