Platform Coordinator

CCOs mission is to raise up Christ-centered Spirit-filled leaders to evangelize the world one person at a time. The Formation team seeks to further fulfill CCOs 10 Year Vision by leveraging innovative tools and programs to support faith formation and discipleship across campuses and parishes.

Catholic Christian Outreach is engaged in a 10-year vision to activate multiplying

leaders towards the fulfillment of Jesus Great Commission. As the Platform Coordinator you will assist in ensuring that Engage Spaces CCOs digital engagement platform runs smoothly and effectively connects participants with formation resources. By managing platform operations improving usability and supporting leaders and learners this role directly enables CCO to reach more people with its mission and build vibrant faith-filled communities.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and manage Engage Spaces to ensure smooth operation and accessibility for all users.
  • Create and update registration forms for programs faith studies and events.
  • Support leaders and participants with onboarding training and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate platform-related communications with staff leaders and participants.
  • Monitor platform usage troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate Engage Spaces with wider CCO initiatives.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting to support program evaluation and decision-making.
  • Help implement new features and digital tools to enhance the formation experience.


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a natural ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
  • Experience or comfort with digital platforms databases or learning management systems preferred.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical or operational issues independently.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively both in writing and verbally with staff and Platform users.
  • Can learn new tools and technologies quickly and adapt to changing processes.
  • Have a positive service-oriented attitude and are committed to helping others succeed.
  • An undergraduate degree or diploma in business administration education IT or a related field is an asset but not required.

  • Wage: $21936.81
  • Location: CCO Headquarters Ottawa Ontario. Remote work possible.
  • Working hours
    (highlight areas of flexibility like possible range of working hours flex-work or remote work).
    • Part-time - 15 hours a week
    • Some opportunities for flexible hours depend on the supervisor and the positions needs.
    • Occasional weekend and evening work will be required; flexibility in schedule may be required from time to time to accommodate program requirements.


CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • All employees of CCO are required to participate in the mission of the New Evangelization within the Catholic Church and work toward the propagation of the Gospel. This includes taking the initiative to lead CCO Catholic Faith studies share the kerygma (through tools like the Ultimate Relationship booklet) and/or participation in the evangelization efforts of CCO including opportunities to participate in CCO Missions.
  • Actively practicing Catholic in good standing willing to uphold Catholic moral teachings while leading a life that exhibits fidelity to the teachings of the Catholic Church. Therefore all CCO employees must be baptized Catholic.
  • Maintain an active sacramental and spiritual life rooted in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ committed to personal prayer reading Scripture regular confession and Mass attendance
  • Must be able to meet CCOs Responsible Ministry Policies
  • Must be compliant with all applicable personnel policies
