Description: Hiring immediately! Seeking a Bilingual Receptionist / Customer Service Coordinator to answer phone calls handle walk-in traffic and assist customers with paperwork. Will be responsible for data entry scheduling appointments and light administrative work as well. Previous customer service or receptionist experience is required. This is a great opportunity to grow your customer service receptionist and administrative skills with a very busy office. Position is Direct Hire and offers highly competitive benefits including health insurance PTO 401k and numerous bonus opportunities. Job Requirements: Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish. Must have proficient computer skills will be required to pass clerical testing. Previous customer service or receptionist experience is required.

Job Type: Direct Hire

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
