We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Preschool Enrollment and Marketing Specialist

Role Responsibilities:
- In partnership with Center Director and ownership determine strategies for school growth
- Manages all aspects of growth and enrollment for preschool
- Drive consistent results measured through family retention and conversion enrollment growth
- Manages community relationships and events organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment initiatives
- Manages vendor relationships related to marketing events
- Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours effectively showcasing the benefits of our programs

- Have two or more years of education center leadership/sales and marketing management experience (preferred)/cross industry experience
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (preferred)
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
- Leads tours highlighting key features of our brand and the center and maintains strong connections with potential customers
- Nurtures leads through scheduling and conducting tours; follows up with potential families to secure enrollment
- Maintains the lead tracking portal and customer database
- Effectively uses social media channels for parent engagement and retention
- Oversees Work and Family program- building new relationships with community and business leaders (Housing Communities Chamber of Commerce Local Businesses)
- Coordinates the registration process and maintains customer information in center systems
- Responsible for communications to families planning for parent pleasers
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in sales and marketing management - cross-industry experience is welcome
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting/enrollment
- Ability to leverage data to understand the business and make decisions
- Bachelors degree preferred
Compensation: $40000.00 - $45000.00 per year
